1. Sheet Extrusion Line
With sheet thickness from 0.2-10mm, our stable extrusion system can be customized to meet your requirement. up to 135mm twin screw extruder and 300mm single screw extruder are available.
2. Board Extrusion Line
10-30mm thickness board extrusion system is commonly used for thermoforming,walls and tanks, with co-extrusion for multi-layer, substantial saving can be realized.
3. Film Extrusion Line
Common process materials including PE,PP,PS,PET from 0.2mm-2mm thickness. These extrusion system are commonly used for packing industry. Normally used in tandem with winders or in-line thermoformer. We design these systems for the secondary equipment.
Manual or automatic controlling system are both available from COWIN EXTRUSION.
